The inflation in Australia remains below the target level

Those who are waiting for the return of annual inflation in Australia to the target range of the central bank at 2% -3%, should be patient.
Leading analysts of ANZ forecast that official inflation data, expected later in April, will show consumer price growth in the first quarter of 2018 by 0.4% compared to the previous quarter and by 1.8% compared to the first quarter of 2017, with this rate of core inflation will be slightly higher.
Given the focus of the Reserve Bank of Australia on reaching the middle of the target inflation range, ANZ (Australia and New Zealand Banking Group) believe that interest rates will have to wait another year.
