In Denmark, introduced a mortgage at zero percent

High interest rates on mortgages scare away many Ukrainians.  At the same time, Denmark began to issue mortgages at 0% per annum with a loan term of 20 years - such conditions are offered by the local Nordea Bank Abp, Bloomberg said.
Other banks offer low mortgage rates in Denmark.  For example, in early August 2019, Realkredit Danmark Bank issued housing loans at a rate of 0.5% per annum for a period of 30 years.  Another Danish bank - Jyske Bank - announced that they plan to start issuing mortgage loans for ten years with a negative rate.  Thus, the mortgage will receive interest on the loan from the bank, the note says.
Lowering rates to such a low level could push Danish housing prices up, analysts at Bloomberg said.
“This is good news for homeowners. But we expect that lower rates will contribute to higher home prices,” said Lisa Nitoft Bergmann, chief analyst at Nordea's internal finance department.
Swiss banks also began to issue loans to borrowers at a negative rate.  Preferential terms are available to those who take a large amount for a short period.  The countries with the lowest housing loan rates also include Finland, Japan, and Argentina.
As you know, now the annual mortgage rates in Ukraine are about 20%.  In addition, borrowers have to spend money on commissions and other additional payments.
