Personal Account is your personal area where you can perform actions.
Here you can:

• Open a trading account
• Monitor balance
• Deposit account/ request withdrawal
• Open PAMM-account or investment account
• Monitor statistics of Affiliate program
• Upload documents for account verification

To open a Personal Account you need to fill a registration form, following Open an Account.

Attention! To avoid possible complications with deposit/withdrawal or opening of accounts you should indicate only real personal information.

Pay attention! Field 'Phone password' is needed for additional security. You need to ceate and indicate here your any personal password. Our specialists may ask for this password if necessary.

After registration is completed, you receive an E-mail with confirmation code and personal data.

You can open a trading account in your Personal Account.

1. Click “New Account” at upper menu of Personal Account.
   
   
2. Then you have to choose Type of account, Trade or Investment
   
   
3. Agree to the Terms of Service and click Open Account to finish.

1. You can verify account following “Personal Information” section of your Personal Account.
   
2. Here you can upload all necessary documents according to list.
3. Choose file from your hardware and click “Send”
4. After the file is verified it gets certain status.

There are following possible problems with authorization:

1. Security settings of system you use. Turn of your Firewall or any other programmes that may disable authorization.
2. Incorrect information. You use incorrect login or password. Indicate correct information or copy and paste it without space.

You can change or recover password for Personal Account on Authorization page.

Click “Forgot password” and indicate your E-mail address. Then you receive further instructions for changing or recovering.
